How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to track your Mistou. all the way to you.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to deliver them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at mistoubeauty@gmail.com - we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is confirmed.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please carefully check your information during checkout before confirming your purchase.
How do I apply a discount code or gift card?
Simply enter your discount code or gift card at checkout, a dedicated field is waiting for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Available options may vary by country.
DELIVERY
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! We deliver worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be indicated at checkout.
My order tracking isn't updating, what should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes take 1 to 2 business days. If the status has not changed after 3 days, please contact us at mistoubeauty@gmail.com and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
My order was not fully delivered. What should I do?
We are very sorry to hear that. Please contact us at mistoubeauty@gmail.com with a photo of the shipping package and your order number, we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items purchased online. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days via your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
This is not the Mistou experience we want to provide. Please email us at mistoubeauty@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description. We will take care of it as soon as possible.
Are pre-orders refundable?
As pre-orders are specially prepared for you as part of our restocking, they are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, we will of course take care of you, please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
PRODUCT CARE
How do I care for my Mistou. vanity bag?
Clean it with a damp cloth or a gentle, oil-free cleanser. Avoid alcohol-based products, oily cleansers, and prolonged sun exposure. When not in use, store your bag in its dust bag to preserve its shape and finish.
