Yes. Each personalization is hot-stamped to ensure an elegant and durable finish.
How do I choose the right size?

Is the vanity case stain-resistant?
Yes. The vanity case has been designed to resist everyday stains. If you get a makeup mark on it, simply wipe it with a makeup remover pad (or a slightly damp soft cloth) to clean it in seconds. Your vanity case will easily return to its original appearance.
What can I store inside?
The Mistou Vanity Case easily holds your beauty products, skincare, accessories, and brushes thanks to its smart compartments.
What are the shipping times?
• Same-day shipping for all orders placed before 6 p.m.
• A tracking number is sent as soon as your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally? (Delivery times, costs, and countries served)
Yes, we ship across Europe and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.
Please note: for deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply.
How do I make a return or exchange?
To return a standard (non-personalized) item, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order. The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How to proceed:
Complete and send us the withdrawal form (see below) by email to our support address.
Place the product back in its original packaging with the delivery note.
Ship your package to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Are personalized products exchangeable or refundable?
No, personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or clearly personalized items. Please make sure to carefully check the size, color, and text entered before confirming your order.
What should I do if I receive a defective or non-compliant personalized product?
If your personalized item has a manufacturing defect (excluding the personalization), we will exchange it or issue a full refund.
Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, including a clear photo of the defect and your order number.
